I am extremely happy with bringing my car to Prestige. Like their name states, the work and care they have with these cars is very prestigious. I've brought my car in twice now. First time, I spoke with the dealership before bringing it in. They quoted me a bunch of "possible" issues, which would have caused a large amount of time without my only car. Thankfully I took the second opinion of Prestige and they were able to pinpoint my issue and fix it all within the same day. They also gave me the reasoning for my car's poor performance and how to mitigate these issues for the future. The second time around I knew just to go to Prestige from the get go. Within four hours of giving them the car again they pinpointed the issue. They also honored their discounts and allowed me a month of time, if other issues arose from the same code. Not only did they find my car's problem, the amazing lady at the front desk, Stephanie, answered all my questions I had from the inspection. Thank you so much Prestige, I think you've earned a customer for life. I look forward to telling everyone the best place to take your car.

My first time here. Priscilla was awesome! She knew who I was when I walked in. The other lady in front wasn't to friendly. She didn't even bother to try and ask if I needed help when I arrived. She needs to touch up her customer service. But the car service was excellent.

Unfortunately I have to give this place a bad review. Although the front of the house staff was very helpful and kind, the prices for the services offered are extremely overpriced. I came in to get my rear differential fixed and was offered a rebuild for $1,600. I felt like that was a little overpriced so I googled what the average cost of a differential rebuild was and found it to be between $400 and $600. I called around to a few other shops and the repair cost on average was $700. To add insult to injury, they charge $120 for a diagnostic and only offer a $60 credit for work done by them. most other shops I found offer a free diagnostic when work is done and a $60 diagnostic when work is done elsewhere. In my opinion there are plenty of other places that offer quality work, for half the price.
