I had to get my suspension system checked out because Les Schwab mentioned some issue with it. I used Prestige Auto Works through repairPal and was a little nervous because it was my first time using repairPal. They took care of everything and the customer service was absolutely amazing. If you have MaxCare through carmax like me, this is the place to go; they will take care of you.

Made an appointment at 8:30 and my car was worked on at 8:40. I was on my way home at 9:30. Andre explained to me what are my best options to fix the problem. Good service and pleasant staff as usual. I am a customer for over 10 years.
