My daughter's mini cooper broke down and I needed to find out what was wrong with it. I live in Fresno and she's in Sacramento so I was worried about how I would handle this. I called Prestige as several friends had good things to say about their experiences there. I called and Stephanie was great...she helped me get the car towed through Specialty Towing (also amazing) to the shop. After the techs diagnosed a jumped timing chain and gave me an estimate she again helped me get it towed back to my daughters father's house. Stephanie and all of Prestige went above and beyond to help me in a super stressful situation for extremely reasonable prices.
